One of the many joys of living in Wilmington NC, is that you can go to the beach in April! We loaded down the car with beach supplies and headed to Wrightsville Beach with Christina and Will. I couldn't have asked for McKinley to love the beach anymore. He had such a great time!! He loves playing in the sand and the water. And he kept his sunglasses on! I am so happy that he enjoyed himself so much because there are many more beach days in our near future!
Mama Bebon, Jon's Grandma and one of McKinley's Great Grandmothers, lives in Raeford, NC. We went for a visit one Sunday in April and look what we found to play with while we were there! Such a cool guy!
Here are some pics of our new place! We love being in a house and not the condo! We have a really nice sized back yard and front yard and I have started planting flowers and vegetables. We play outside almost every day! We also like to grill on our deck!

The circus was, well, interesting. It was hot and kinda smelly. We had a good time and we are glad we went. McKinley acted amazingly for being in a huge crowd filled with characters from all regions of Nowhere, NC, not to mention the numerous clowns and circus figures. It was a good test for him and now we know that he can handle big crowds full of strangeness!
Hugh MacRae is a park in the middle of Wilmington. These are some pictures I took on a walk with McKinley while we enjoyed the warm spring weather. McKinley enjoys taking walks and saying either "Dog dog dog" at the passing animals or "Ball ball ball" at everything else!
